INVENT ARENA 2024

Participation in the international exhibition of technological innovations, patents, and inventions, Invent Arena 2024, held at the Werk Arena in Třinec on June 12–13, 2024, was a success for the company Autel.

Gold and the Werk Arena in Třinec are two interconnected vessels. Just as the Oceláři hockey team won the gold medal in the ice hockey Extraliga this year, Autel also received a gold medal.

The exhibition’s expert committee awarded the gold medal for the first application of mechanical vacuum pumps in the vacuum arc degassing (VAD) steel treatment technology in Europe. The project, in which Autel was the general contractor for the entire technology, was implemented at Alchemia S.A., Stalownia Batory branch in Chorzów, between 2022 and 2024. The use of vacuum pumps significantly reduced energy demands compared to the steam process, resulting in a very quick return on investment.

Among more than 100 competing exhibits, the project also won in the category of metallurgy, mechanical engineering, and construction.

The gold medal and the victory in the metallurgy, mechanical engineering, and construction category confirm the uniqueness and high added value of the solution offered by Autel.

At the exhibition, Autel presented its capabilities in delivering comprehensive solutions and services in the field of heavy-current electrical systems and automation of technological units.

The company’s innovative approach enables the implementation of major modernization and investment projects in metallurgy, energy, and the petrochemical industry.

Autel utilizes its proprietary manufacturing information system, SMARTPROJECT, which it successfully offers to project-oriented companies.

3D design, simulations, comprehensive testing of automation processes, and virtual commissioning of systems are becoming an integral part of project implementation, enabling the fulfillment of even the most demanding customer requirements.
