The company also focuses on the application of intelligent technologies with a shift towards information technologies.

Move from rented premises to its own building.The second subsidiary company AUTEL - Slovakia, s.r.o. is established in Bánská Bystrica as a commercial representative of AUTEL for Slovak market. AUTEL,s.r.o.(Ltd.) is tranformed into AUTEL,a.s.(joint stock company).

1994
The company AUTEL,s.r.o. sets up its subsidiary company AUTEL-montáže,s.r.o. in Třinec focused on panel building and montage in the area of MCC, field instrumentation and control systems.
