AUTEL, a.s. as the subcontractor of První brněnská strojírna, a.s. implemented the turn-key solution of technologic heavy-current, field instrumentation and control system for the boiler designed for 100% biomass combustion. The owner of the boiler Dalkia ČR, a.s. put this boiler into full operation in its Heating Plant Krnov. The biomass boiler with nominal steam output of 35 t/h serves for the production of heat and electric energy.

The winners of the 12^th year of the prestigious contest DHL HSBC 2009 Export Award under the auspices of the CzechTrade agency were announced during the gala evening in the premises of the Minorite Monastery of St James monastery. AUTEL took 3^rd place in the category of medium-sized companies. This category is intended for exporters with a total number of 250 employees at maximum and with a turnover of up to 1.5 billion Czech crowns.

Starting from December 1, 2008 our subsidiary AUTEL Sp. z o.o. based at Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski operates in Poland. The main goal of the company is to provide local service and to offer experiences and products of the parent company to Polish customers.

In 2008 the AUTEL, a.s. company will have already been providing its services for 15 years. The AUTEL, s.r.o. company with its 30 employees and revenues of CZK 18 m was founded in 1993. At present the company staff counts 115 employees and the revenues reach CZK 400 m.
